Student Assistant - IT department

We are looking for a committed and service-minded student assistant who wants to gain practical experience within IT support and the daily operation of a professional Windows environment. You will be part of our IT department and will help with a wide range of tasks. The position is therefore suitable for candidates who are in the process of an IT-related education and would like to combine education with practical experience. Your primary tasks will include: Provisioning and installing Windows 11 desktops and laptops Installation and setup of programs, printers and other IT equipment User creation and preparation of equipment for new employees Daily user support in a Windows and Microsoft 365 environment Troubleshooting of PCs, programs, and peripherals to include laser printers Registration and maintenance of IT equipment Various administrative tasks in the IT department Other minor IT and operational tasks as needed Skills and experience: In the process of an IT-related education A good knowledge of Windows 11 and common PC hardware Have an interest in IT support, hardware and troubleshooting Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 Service-minded with a want to help colleagues with IT matters Ability to work independently and in a structured way Not afraid to take on both technical and administrative tasks Fluent in Danish and English It is an advantage if you already have experience with IT support, Microsoft 365 or installation and troubleshooting of Windows computers, but it is not a requirement.
