As a Shipping Intern and Graduate or Trainee at TORM, you will join an international organization and embark on a journey of discovery and growth in the exciting world of shipping. What Can TORM Offer? For TORM Trainees, we offer a two-year program, and if you are a student at BSc International Shipping and Trade (IST) or similar programs, you can join TORM’s nine-month internship followed by a one-year full-time graduate program from September 2027 to August 2029. Two positions are available, and our trainees/interns and graduates will leave the program with qualifications in all key areas of shipping. You will rotate and experience different departments in TORM, including commercial operations, chartering, bunker purchase, and corporate functions such as corporate finance and strategy, sale and purchase, business intelligence, etc. This rotation will provide comprehensive insight into the business. You can also explore our working culture at one of our offices abroad during a four-month exchange. You will be enrolled in Danish Shipping’s Education Program with five modules over two years, where you will take away valuable learnings and a great network in the industry.
